United Nations Climate Change Conference
United Nations Climate Change Conference is one of the most important meetings on the issue of climate change. Since 2007, our organization, as an official observer, has been actively participating in this international event, using the opportunity to interact with other environmental groups around world and learn about the latest progress in global climate change negotiation.
Green Cross International (GCI)
Green Cross International (GCI) is an international environmental NGO founded by Mikhail Gorbachev. Since 2007, we have maintained a GCI information center in Taiwan. In November 2009, we hosted their members’ stay in Taiwan and enabled them to share their experience in environmental protection with government officials, media, and concerned citizens. We are currently working with GCI to hold an Earth Dialogues event in Taiwan in the near future.
Research Triangle Institute International (RTI)
Indonesia is rapidly urbanizing. In urban areas, less than 40% of the population has access to clean drinking water, and less than 25% of the population has access to improved sanitation. Sponsoring from MOFA(Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan), RTI International (RTI), a leading international research institute, cooperates with EQPF to improve the sanitation in Tangerang, a satellite town near Jakarta, with the assistance of a local NGO, bringing lasting improvements in household and community sanitation conditions.
